Doors Open

Building Access - Monday - Friday 7AM - 6PM. Saturday & Sunday - Closed. Entrances are located on the surface lot, 1st floor garage, and basement garage.

Parking

Parking includes a two level parking garage under the building, and a surface parking lot. Please direct visitors to park in the designated visitor parking area on the surface parking lot. Handicap parking is available on the surface parking lot or in the basement.

Conference Rooms are available at the South Shore Harbour Resort. Please contact the Resort at 281-334-1000 for rates.

This building features 2 elevators that service the garage levels and building floors.

Stairs

Marina One has interior and exterior stairwells on the North and South end of the building.

Smoking Policy

By law there is no smoking inside the building, stairwells, or within 25 feet of entry doorways. There is designated smoking area located in the basement of the garage.

Mail Room

The mail room and vending area is located in the first floor of the building next to the elevators.

Flag/Pole

The South Shore office complex features both an American & Texas flag at the front entrance to the property.
